Mumbai Court summons Municipal Commissioners for criminal offences of causing death of citizen by forceful vaccination, cheating and others.

  • Mumbai Court found Iqbal Chahal, Suresh Kakani & Sitaram Kunte prima facie guilty of criminal offences under Section 52, 166, 167, 420, 34 and 120(B) of IPC & Section 51(b), 54,55 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 for bringing unlawful vaccine mandates for various places including travelling in local train with ulterior motive to give wrongful profit to vaccine companies and being responsible for vaccine deaths of people like Hitesh Kadwe and others and also responsible for violating citizens fundamental rights. The data proved that the vaccines are having death causing side effects and many vaccinated young people are dying due to heart attacks.
  • Due to the first appearance the court did not issued non-bailable arrest warrant and ordered under Section 204 of Cr.P.C. and directed the registry to issue summons to the accused.
  • Similar action under offences of extortion will be initiated for mask mandates.
  • If convicted all the three may be sentenced to maximum punishment of seven years rigorous imprisonment.
  • Recently Supreme Court & various High Courts in India have taken cognizance of vaccine deaths and issued notice/directions to the government regarding granting compensations to the victim and their family members. Dr. Snehal Lunawat’s father had claimed Rs. 1000 Crore and Hitesh Kadwe’s mother claimed Rs.100 Crores compensation from state which later to be recovered from accused vaccine manufactures Adhar Poonawalla & Bill Gates. [Rachana Gangu v.   • Now all the accused has to apply for bail but the complainant is going to oppose their bail and it will be very difficult for accused to get bail because of the subsequent judgments of the Supreme Court & Bombay High Court where such mandates are held to be unconstitutional & illegal.
  • The complainant is going to file a Writ Petition for adding section 409, 115 etc. of IPC against the accused.
  • The Complainant actually prayed for issuance of non-bailable arrest warrant against the three but court said as a first instance summons will be issued.
  • The complaint is filed by Shri Ambar Koiri, National Steering Committee member of Awaken India Movement (AIM).
  • Adv. Ishwarlal Agarwal and other advocates represented the complainant.

There are also cases of side effects of diabetes, paralysis, neurological problems, kidney failure where cases of dialysis are increasing.

The recent study from Harvard University proved that the vaccines are 98 times more dangerous and deadly than the covid vaccines.

The summary of charge levelled in the complaint against the accused is as under;

“5.2. That as per Article 14, 19, 21 of Constitution of India and more particularly as per law laid down in the case of (i) Registrar General Vs. State of Meghalaya 2021 SCC OnLine Megh 130, (ii) Re Dinthar Incident Vs. State of Mizoram 2021 SCC OnLine Gau 1313 and other various landmark judgments it is clear that, there is no difference between vaccinated and non-vaccinated people. The vaccinated people can get corona, they can spread infection and they can die due to corona. Vaccinated people can also be a super spreader.

 

5.3.    Thereafter, Honourable High Court has made it clear that no discrimination can be made on the basis of vaccination status of a person.

 

5.6.    That, Shri. Satyendra Kumar Singh, Under Secretary of Health Ministry of India in his affidavit dated 08.10.2021 filed before Honourable Bombay High Court at Goa in Writ Petition No. 1820 of 2021, had clarified the Government of India’s policy decision as under;

 

“9.  That, it is further humbly submitted that the directions and guidelines released by Government of India and Ministry of Health and family Welfare, do not entail compulsory or forcible vaccination against COVID-19 disease implying that COVID-19 vaccination is completely voluntary for all citizens of India.  Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has not formulated or suggested any policies for discrimination between citizens of India on the basis of their vaccination status.

 

  1. That, as per the existing guidelines, there is no provisions for forcing any citizen to book appointment for Covid Vaccination on Co-WIN or visiting Covid Vaccination Centre for vaccination[…….]

5.7     But the Accused acted in utter disregard and defiance of the above said legal mandate and passed the following SOP, Orders, directions to discriminate the vaccinated people. The SOP dated 11.08.2021 issued by Accused No. 01 Sh. Sitaram Kunte has following clauses; […………….]

 

5.8. Hence all the Accused acted in conspiracy with each other and violated the fundamental rights of the Complainant and many other citizen.

 

5.9. That the only intention in bringing such mandate was to give benefits to the vaccine manufacturing company and thereby enable the vaccine manufacturing company make profit at the cost of citizen’s health and wellbeing.”

 

Further grievance of the complainant in his complaint dated 11th November 2021 which is exhibited at Exhibit – A to the complaint it is mentioned as under;

“11.   Shri Iqbal Chahal, Municipal Commissioner, Mumbai, and Suresh Kakani, Additional Municipal Commissioner are also involved in bringing such unlawful mandates in violation of National Authorities directives.

  1. That, due to such unlawful rules many poor people were compelled to take vaccines and many people suffered a loss of life due to side effect of vaccines, A 23 years old Young boy Shri Hitesh Kadwe died within 3 hours of getting a CoviShield vaccine. His mother Smt. Kiran Yadar have filed a Complaint against accused you officials under section 302, 409, 420, 52, 120(B), 34, 109 of Indian Penal Code and section 51(b), 55 of Disaster Management Act, 2005.
  2. Thatthe AEFI Committee of the Government has admitted that the death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat was due to side effects of Covishield vaccine.

The prayers in the complaint reads thus;

  1. a)To take cognizance of the offences under Section 52, 409, 420, 120(B), 34, 109, 167 of IPC and under Section 51(b), 55 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 against Accused Shri. Sitaram Kunte, Shri. Iqbal Chahal and Shri. Suresh Kakani.

 

  1. b)Issue process under Section 204(i)(b) of Cr. P.C. and direct registrar to issue non-baillable arrest warrants against the Accused;
  2. c)Tryand punish the Accused as per law;

The relevant sections of the IPC reads thus;

Section 166 of IPC Reads thus;

  1. Public servant disobeying law, with intent to cause injury to any person.—Whoever, being a public servant, knowingly diso­beys any direction of the law as to the way in which he is to conduct himself as such public servant, intending to cause, or knowing it to be likely that he will, by such disobedience, cause injury to any person, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both. 

Section 167 of IPC Reads thus;

  1. Procedure when investigation cannot be completed in twenty four hours.

(1) Whenever any person is arrested and detained in custody and it appears that the investigation cannot be completed within the period of twenty- four hours fixed by section 57, and there are grounds for believing that the accusation or information is well- founded, the officer in charge of the police station or the police officer making the investigation, if he is not below the rank of sub- inspector, shall forthwith transmit to the nearest Judicial Magistrate a copy of the entries in the diary hereinafter prescribed relating to the case, and shall at the same time forward the accused to such Magistrate.

(2) The Magistrate to whom an accused person is forwarded under this section may, whether he has or has not jurisdiction to try the case, from time to time, authorise the detention of the accused in such custody as such Magistrate thinks fit, for a term not exceeding fifteen days in the whole; and if he has no jurisdiction to try the case or commit it for trial, and considers further detention unnecessary, he may order the accused to be forwarded to a Magistrate having such jurisdiction: Provided that-

(a) 1 the Magistrate may authorise the detention of the accused person, otherwise than in the custody of the police, beyond the period of fifteen days; if he is satisfied that adequate grounds exist for doing so, but no Magistrate shall authorise the detention of the accused person in custody under this paragraph for a total period exceeding,-

(i) ninety days, where the investigation relates to an offence punishable with death, imprisonment for life or imprisonment for a term of not less than ten years;

  2. Ins. by act 10 of 1990, s. 2 (w. e. f 19- 2- 1990 )

(ii) sixty days, where the investigation relates to any other offence, and, on the expiry of the said period of ninety days, or sixty days, as the case may be, the accused person shall be released on bail if he is prepared to and does furnish bail, and every person released on bail under this sub- section shall be deemed to be so released under the provisions of Chapter XXXIII for the purposes of that Chapter;]

(b) no Magistrate shall authorise detention in any custody under this section unless the accused is produced before him;

(c) no Magistrate of the second class, not specially empowered in this behalf by the High Court, shall authorise detention in the custody of the police. 1 Explanation I.- For the avoidance of doubts, it is hereby declared that, notwithstanding the expiry of the period specified in paragraph (a), the accused shall be detained in custody so long as he does not furnish bail;]. 2 Explanation II.- If any question arises whether an accused person was produced before the Magistrate as required under paragraph (b), the production of the accused person may be proved by his signature on the order authorising detention.]

(2A) 1 Notwithstanding anything contained in sub- section (1) or sub- section (2), the officer in charge of the police station or the police officer making the investigation, if he is not below the rank of a sub- inspector, may, where a Judicial Magistrate is not available, transmit to the nearest Executive Magistrate, on whom the powers of a Judicial Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate have been conferred, a copy of the entry in the diary hereinafter prescribed relating to the case, and shall, at the same time, forward the accused to such Executive Magistrate, and thereupon such Executive Magistrate, may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, authorise the detention of the accused person in such custody as he may think fit for a term not exceeding seven days in the aggregate; and, on the expiry of the period of detention so authorised, the accused person shall be released on bail except where an order for further detention of the accused person has been made by a Magistrate competent to make such order; and, where an order for such further detention is made, the period during which the accused person was detained in custody under the orders made by an Executive Magistrate under this sub- section,

Section 304-A of IPC Reads thus;

304A. Causing death by negligence.—Whoever causes the death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

Section 420 of IPC Reads thus;

  1. Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person de­ceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

 

Section 120(B) of IPC Reads thus;

120B. Punishment of criminal conspiracy.—

(1) Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable with death, 2[imprisonment for life] or rigorous imprisonment for a term of two years or upwards, shall, where no express provision is made in this Code for the punishment of such a conspiracy, be punished in the same manner as if he had abetted such offence.

(2) Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy other than a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable as aforesaid shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months, or with fine or with both.

Section 51(B) of Disaster Management Act Reads thus;

“51. Punishment for obstruction, etc.—

(1) Whoever, without reasonable cause— —(1) Whoever, without reasonable cause—”

(b) refuses to comply with any direction given by or on behalf of the Central Government or the State Government or the National Executive Committee or the State Executive Committee or the District Authority under this Act, shall on conviction be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine, or with both, and if such obstruction or refusal to comply with directions results in loss of lives or imminent danger thereof, shall on conviction be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years. notes on clauses Clauses 51 to 58 (Secs. 51 to 58) seeks to lay down what will constitute an offence in terms of obstruction of the functions under the Act, false claim for relief, misappropriation of relief material or funds, issuance of false warning, failure of an officer to perform the duty imposed on him under the Act without due permission or lawful excuse, or his connivance at contravention of the provisions of the Act. The clauses also provide for penalties for these offences.”

Section 55 of Disaster Management Act Reads thus;

  1. Offences by Departments of the Government.—

(1) Where an offence under this Act has been committed by any Department of the Government, the head of the Department shall be deemed to be guilty of the offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly unless he proves that the offence was committed without his knowledge or that he exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of such offence. (1) Where an offence under this Act has been committed by any Department of the Government, the head of the Department shall be deemed to be guilty of the offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly unless he proves that the offence was committed without his knowledge or that he exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of such offence.”

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), where an offence under this Act has been committed by a Department of the Government and it is proved that the offence has been committed with the consent or connivance of, or is attributable to any neglect on the part of, any officer, other than the head of the Department, such officer shall be deemed to be guilty of that offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.

Section 54 of Disaster Management Act Reads thus;

  1. Punishment for false warning.—Whoever makes or circulates a false alarm or warning   as to disaster or its severity or magnitude, leading to panic, shall on conviction, be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year or with fine. —Whoever makes or circulates  a false alarm or warning as to disaster or its severity or magnitude, leading to panic, shall on  conviction, be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year or with fine.”

Criticism of the harmful effects of all vaccines and not just covid, is gradually growing. Illness and death as side effect of covid is now an open secret, while still being pushed onto people through the back door, since legally it is still voluntary. Excessive vaccines have been pushed into kids on fake science stating kids are born without any immunity and hence they can only survive by a plethora of vaccines early into them, as if our ancestors going back millions of years were all vaccinate by some extraterrestrial creatures, since we did not have any vaccine ourselves then.

Faraday bags in the age of covid

The Age of Covid has spawned a number of new items for the thinking man. Many of them are now aware of the real possibility of a systemic collapse staring us in the face in near time.

This group includes people who have taken the covid vaccine, as well as those that have not taken it and refuse to take it even if they lose their jobs and are willing to go to prison instead of take an injection into their body against their will. Both these groups now understand that a collapse is round the corner.

People who came to this realisation and wish to protect themselves, not from covid, but from this impending collapse, are beginning to get organised in small groups, away from the limelight.

These people are forming localised survival cells. I have been invited to three such cell meetings within driving distance from my home. They congregate once a week and not necessarily on weekends. I found it a bit difficult to attend three different cell meetings each week so have dropped one and am still attending two. Each group comprises of different people. Some are primarily elder ly people, mostly white local Canadians and immigrants from Europe or Australia, myself being a sort of exception.

Other groups are mostly younger, totally mixed, ethnically, culturally, linguistically and on religious affiliation or agnosticism. Here too I am sort of an exception, being 71+ in age.

All these groups want me to join and help them teach a few essential skills that they believe I have developed over the years – i.e. how to grow food, how to sprout food, and how to preserve perishable food without refrigeration.

These survival cells share a lot of important skills available to the members. I might be able to access a doctor who would visit me if needed under this systemic collapse where hospitals might close door or refuse service to the those without a vaccine passport. Some might be able to repair your car or the roof of your house, free of charge, when money no more has any value and normal day to day activities become very difficult to conduct.

One thing that has emerge among the byproducts in this age of covid – is a Faraday bag. This is a container, either metallic but more commonly of fabric, which is sprayed or woven with silver, gold or copper and will block all electromagnetic signals either entering or leaving it. It comes in all shapes and sizes, but the most popular one is where it is large enough for your hand phone and small enough to still fit in your pocket or you hand bag. We attend these meetings with the phone in such a bag, if we cannot leave it back home.

Why ? So that google or any surveillance app in the phone cannot silently track our movement or record out talks. This is part of the same protection system which prevents the folks from disclosing existence of identity of the cells or their members.

It was the day before yesterday, on the 14th of December, that I decided to put on record my view that – under the covid based mass hypnosis, hysteria and mortal fear, the public is being programmed, incrementally, to hate us, the unvaccinated, so much, that the day is coming soon when the government will not have to send their police to grab us – out neighbours will beat us to death or burn us out of our homes.

This is the nightmare that faces us, in Canada and everywhere. But this will not happen everywhere at the same time. Some people will be influenced by propaganda sooner than others. In these countries and regions, the doomsday will arrive earlier. In other nations, later. But the ultimate destination remains the same, for everybody.

Unfortunately, in my assessment, this witch hunt against the few remaining skeptics of the official narrative, will be the first, but not the last target of public cruelty against its own people, even the very people that are risking their lives to protect what remains of their society, their democracy and the freedom of people. These vaccine skeptics are merely the first group, who appear to be a minor inconvenience in the path of global control of public opinion. I see this coming.

But ultimately, the global human society is being subverted to live under a single group of dictators, under which all national governments will function as collaborating local warlords.

In many ways, the current thin sliver of population, perhaps one in every thousand, all across the world, face a future a thousand fold more stark and cruel than what the Jews faced  in the 1930s and 40’s while Germany was under the However, this time around, extermination of the vaccine skeptics is not the final solution, but merely a tiny initial step to an unprecedentedly hazardous journey. The end result remains unpredictable, but extremely threatening, with no resemblance to anything anywhere on earth.

So, here are a small faction of the society, the tiny minority, that refuse to follow the order about covid and especially its voluntary vaccine. The vaccine itself is voluntary, meaning we have legal rights to either agree to take this injection, or decline to take it. Also, voluntary means that we assume all the risk if we are damaged by the vaccine or otherwise inconvenienced, or if we find that the vaccine does not give us the protection from infection that we thought it should. We cannot sue the vaccine maker, the doctor or nurse, the healthcare system or our governments for any damage or hardship we might face as a consequence of having taken the vaccine. Our relatives will not have the right to seek legal compensation should we die through adverse reaction of any of these injections. Why not” Because we voluntarily agreed to take the shot without an coercion, assuming full responsibility of any consequence. Strangely, or perhaps predictably, this voluntary vaccine has not been made indirectly mandatory. You either agree to take the injection at your own rick, or you will be prevented from leading a normal life. You shall be restricted, barred, prevented from moving freely, congregating with other people, and essentially be jailed in your own home for the rest of your life.

To cap it off, I now see how the rest f the population, including our neighbours – the same people I shared by neighbourhood with for the last twenty years, are being programmed to hate us because we have not been vaccinated. They are being taught to believe that we are endangering their lives and the lives of their children, pushing them into the danger of getting covid, although they are themselves vaccinated, simply because we refuse to do so.

I see a future where our neighbours will not just hate us, but will actually engage in driving us out of our homes and off our neighbourhood, by beating us, burning our homes, or even shooting us dead if need be, in a frenzy of public killing, because we are perceived to be a threat to our neighbours for refusing to vaccinate ourselves.

We are slated to become Jesus Christ, or Joan of Arc, because of our beliefs and the drummed up notion that our reasoning and decision on covid vaccine based on our judgment. More importantly, we must be killed because we are offering to show the light, and the truth, to what we think are misguided good people under influence of powerful shadow groups that have taken control of all avenues of communication and got an iron grip on manufacturing and guiding of public opinion.

I hope my perception is wrong, and that people will learn to love instead of hate each other, that people will stop destroying society from within. However, if I am right, I prefer to place my views on record. In case I too am martyred, at least my words might survive this new age holocaust.

However, I am also convinced that extermination or silencing of dissent about the vaccine is by no means the final solution – but merely the first tentative step towards an end that as way more frightening than Dante’s inferno.

আমি তাড়াতাড়ি কতগুলো কথা বলেদিই তোমাদের, রাণাপ্রতাপ। আমি ফেসবুক মোটামুটি বর্জন করেছি, যদিও আমার এখানে পাঁচ হাজার বন্ধু এবং কয়েক হাজার ফলোয়ার। আমাকে Facebook সারাক্ষণ সাবধান করছে যে আমার দরকার কিছু বন্ধুদের ছাঁটাই করে জায়গা বানাতে – নতুন বন্ধুদের আসার গেট খোলা রাখতে, কারণ ফেসবুক পাঁচ হাজারের বেশি বন্ধু মঁজুর করেনা। আগে আমি দিনে দশটা পোষ্ট করতাম এখানে নিজের দেওয়ালে – আজকাল তিনচার দিনে একটা করি। আমার YouTube’এ ৬০০  টা ভিডিও আছে এবং কয়েক হাজার ফলোয়ার ছিল। তা সত্বেও আমি দেড় বছরে একটাও ভিডিও তুলিনি ওখানে। কারণ আমি YouTube’কেও বয়কট করছি – বন্ধু বা ফলোয়ার থাক না থাক। আমি এখন বাইরের জগতবাসী – আমাকে পেতে গেলে, বা আমার  মত আরও অনেককে জানতে গেলে – এই jail’এর বাইরে বেরোতে শিখতে হবে।

আমার সঙ্গে তোমাদের যোগায়োগ রাখার কোনও প্রয়োজন নেই – কিন্তু যদি কোনও কারণে সম্পর্ক রাখতে চায় কেউ তবে এই ফেসবুক এবং ইউ-টিউবের নিয়ন্ত্রিত ভিড় ছেড়ে মাঝে মধ্যে বাইরের জগতে খোলা হাওয়ায় নি:শ্বাস নেওয়া অভ্যেস করতে হবে। এখানের বাইরেও যে একটা জগত আছে, তা দেখতে হবে, জানতে হবে। সেখানের বাসিন্দারাও কি মানুষ এবং কেন তারা এই ফেসবুকের মত নিয়ন্ত্রিত সুরক্ষিত সংগঠিত নির্মিত সীমাবদ্ধ জগত ছেড়ে বাইরের অনিয়ন্ত্রিত প্রাকৃতিক অরণ্যে, বনে বাঁদাড়ে ঘোরাঘুরি করছে, তার অনুসন্ধান করতে হবে।

আমি ফেসবুক, ‍ইউটিউব, টুইটার, ইনষ্টাগ্রাম ইত্যাদি পপুলার পল্যাটফর্ম এড়াচ্ছি আমার বাক স্বাধীনতাকে বাঁচিয়ে রাখতে। ফেসবুকে তোমার সব কিছু সমালোচনা করার অধিকার আছে – তুমি ভারতবর্ষকে, গান্ধীকে, সুভাস বোসকে, এমন কি রাম, লক্ষণ যিশু খৃষ্ট, ক্যাপিটালিজম, সোশালিজম, আকাশ পাতাল, ভগবান, শয়তান – সব কিছুকে ইচ্ছে মত সমালেচনা করতে পারবে – কেবল একটি বিষয় ছাড়া।

শুধু তুমি world health organisation, এবং তাদের প্রচারিত কোভিড কাহিনীকে, তার বিজ্ঞানকে, তার টিকা নিয়ে জোরাজুরিকে সমালেচনা করতে পারবে না। যদি তাদের সমালেচনা করা শুরু করো তখনই ওরা তোমার কমেণ্টে warning post লাগাবে, বা তোমাকে কিছু দিনের জন্য ফেসবুকে লিখতে দেবেনা, ফেসবুক jailয়ে পাঠাবে। ইউ টিউব তোমার সেই কোভিড-সমালোচনা-কাহিনীকে ডিলিট করবে। ভাড়াবাড়ি করলে তোমাকে পুরোপুরি তাড়াবে ‍ তোমার অ্যাকাউণ্ট িলিট করে দেবে। তোমাকে নতুন নামে ছদ্মবেশ আবার ঢোকার চেষ্টা করতে হবে।

এই জন্য, আমার মত অনেক লোক বাক স্বাধীনতার মূল্য বোঝে, তারা এই বেড়ির বাইরে সময় কাটাতে শিখছে – ওখানের মানুষদের সঙ্গে বসে আলাপ আলেচনা করতে শিখছে। আমি তাদের সঙ্গে সময় কাটানোটা খুব পছন্দ করি। আমার সোশাল মিডিয়ার গজত এখন মোটামুটি ওখানেই। রবীন্দ্রনাথের একটা গান এখানে দিলাম – প্রাসঙ্গিকতার জন্যঃ

রবীন্দ্রনাথের তখনকার রাজনৈতিক পরাধীনতার ও সামাজিক সীমাবদ্ধতার সুসংগঠিত গণ্ডীর নিরাপদ শান্ত সুপরিকল্পিত জগতে থেকে নিজেকে দম বন্ধ লাগতো,  তাই এই অবরুদ্ধতার থেকে বেরোবার আশায় লিখেছিলেন ‍ ভগবান যেন তাঁকে আর এই দম আটকানো নিরাপদ কিনারায় না বেঁধে রেখে তাঁকে মুক্তি যেন দেয়, যাতে তিনি তাঁর ভাঙ্গা তরীতে পাল তুলে সেই খোলা হাওয়ায় খোলা সমুদ্রের ঢেউয়ে দুলতে পারেন। তুফান আসে – আসুক। তরী উল্টে যায় – যাক। এই সীমাবদ্ধতার থেকে মুক্তি পেতে, সেই খোলা হাওয়ায় নিঃশ্বাস নিতে পারলে, বিনিময়ে তিনি ডুবে মরতে ওবদি রাজি ছিলেন।

আজ আমরা সেই খোলা হাওয়ার সন্ধানে বেরিয়েছি, এবং একবার সেই মুক্ত আকাশের নিচে নিঃশ্বাস নিয়ে সেই লাগাম ছাড়া অনিয়ন্ত্রিত জগতকে দেখে আর এই ফেসবুকিস্থানে থাকতে ভাল লাগেনা। তাতে যদি ডুবতেও হয়, তাও গ্রহণীয়।

শেষে আরেক বাঙালির কথা সংযুক্ত করলাম এখানে – এটা আমি শুনি ঔ বাইরের খোলা জগতে। এটা কে বলেছিল তার নাম উল্লেখিত ছিল না- তা জানার উৎসাহ দেখাতে বাংলারই স্বাধীনচেতা নবযুবকরা, যারা এই সীমাবদ্ধ জগতে চোখের আড়ালে হাজারে হাজারে বাইরে বেরিয়ে এসেছে – তারা জানালো আমাকে, যে এটা নাকি রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনের এক জয়দীপ মহারাজ বলেছেন। আমি জয়দীপ মহারাজোর নামই শুনিনি আগে – কিন্তু ওনার কথা শুনে বুঝলাম, শ্বাধীন চিন্তা করার ক্ষমতা এবং কোভিডের পেছনের মহা ষড়যন্ত্রকে সাধারণ লোককে ঠাণ্ডা গলায় কি করে বোঝাতে হয় তিনি জানেন। পারলে এটা শুনো।

আমাকে এখানে বেশি ডেকোনা – আমি ফেসবুকিস্থানের নারগিকত্ব ছেড়েছি – দূরত্ব বাড়াচ্ছি এখান থেকে। তোমরা সবাই ভাল থেকো।

Covid warriors of India

Grassroots India is leading the world in a novel way to counter the fear mongering on covid and the creation of fake panic and a medical emergency that is perhaps not warranted.

This small but rising group of people are dealing with covid in a most unusual way. They are offering to treat patients of chronic illnesses including those reportedly suffering from covid, in ways that bypasses allopathic medication altogether, using either alternative methods based on Ayurveda, or Homeopathy, or pure naturopathy that uses no purchased medication whatsoever, but using food, exercise and lifestyle changes as the means to cure illness. Covid patients are being treated by these selfless street warriors and curing them without allopathy, without failure and without charging a dime. I have not seen a similar effort or example anywhere else on the face of earth. To me, this is one critical area where India stands apart in showing a way out of this madness.

A lot of people and groups are worth mentioning here – but two names come first. One is Dr. Biswaroop Roychoudhury’s institutions that simultaneously offers naturopathic cure of ailments including covid, and same time offers to train an ever increasing army of naturopathic paramedics that will fan out across the nation to freely treat covid patients.

Then there are groups like Kheti Virasat Mission of Punjab, promoting organic, pesticide free farming, that has taken initiative in forming a new group – NISA – that stands for Natural Immunisation Support Alliance. It has roped in a lot of stalwarts in alternative medicine and natural health sphere, promoters of Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy and regional variations such as Kabiraji etc. The group also includes a sizable number of allopathic doctors with a standing, and controllers of a few chain of hospitals that will treat covid patients.

One of the group leaders – Mr. Umendra Dutt, had invited me into this group. As a result, I have come to learn of a lot of their workings too.

Then comes there is a nascent grassroots movement under the banner of Awaken india Movement – a leaderless synthesis of grassroots organisation across India that overlaps with various other groups in resisting the lockdowns and personal restrictions imposed on people based on test results or vaccine certificate status. Many of these protesting volunteers also overlap as Naturopathic paramedics trained by Biswaroop RoyChoudhury’s institution or another similar one.

But that is only part of the story. There is another part – about the Indian Bar Association joining hands with the AIM members and filing charges at state level and Supreme Court challenges to the government against its arbitrary, anti-people and treasonous laws to ruin India economically and psychologically, to benefit a handful of overseas corporations and crooks.

I myself started interviewing some of these change makers on the streets of India, away from the westernised media limelight and away from the popular social media hashtag threads. I am including a few samples here

These paramedics, or street warriors of India, are countering the fear of covid in a novel an unique way not matched anywhere else on earth, far as I can see. These people are treating covid patients:

  • Without allopathic medication
  • Without failure
  • Without charging a dime

Their success story is spreading, through word of mouth, bypassing all mainstream media that suppress them, bypassing government channels and bypassing the TV. This is going into rural India even as upwardly mobile urban India remains largely unaware of or blind to, this rising tide.

I have myself made a few videos, speaking into a camera, announcing this hitherto invisible, near silent India, unknown even to the urban, internet savvy social media travelling upwardly mobile westernised India, which is a national tragedy, in my view.

The curious case of K K Agarwal

In the continued saga of vaccine safety in India, there is this curious case of Dr. K.K. Agarwal. He was noted as one of the more prominent doctors and spokespersons in India about heart ailments. He himself was a cardiologist, President of the Confederation of Medical Association of Asia and Oceania (CMAAO), President of the Heart Care Foundation of India and the Past National President of Indian Medical Association (IMA).

He was also the most notable doctor to be publicly supporting the idea that all living Indians should immediately opt to take a vaccine to protect themselves from covid-19.

He not only advised all people to get vaccinated, he also got the shots himself, and set an example by publicising it.

And then, shortly afterwards, in May this year (May 2021), he developed health complications reportedly from a covid infection, and had to be hospitalised. Apparently, the vaccination did not prevent him from covid infection. More over, Wikipedia report seems to indicate that his family declared that his death was linked to covid complications.

There is a lot of speculation and news is being carefully shrouded not to disclose too much on what is happening with this developing covid related health problems as a possible consequence of adverse reaction from some of the vaccines, pointing to the possibility that these vaccines, apart from not being approved, are potentially harmful for some people.

There are people that talk about the mRNA vaccine, by design, is causing unintended side effects such as blood clotting, which in turn can lead to cardiac issues for some. To further complicate matters, some doctors seem to suspect that the very treatment and drugs given to treat these conditions are themselves suspect and might lead to further deterioration of conditions.

In other words, the vaccine itself might lead to cardiac problems. Hospitalisation might lead to treatment for cardiac arrest that are suspect. Result might be further deterioration leading to death from cardiac arrest, but recorded as covid death.

So, which came first – the vaccine or the covid ? And is going to the hospital a very bad idea if you have covid vaccine related heart condition?

Some doctors are whispering about K.K. Agarwal not being the only doctor that died from the vaccine, even if he is the most famous victim. Truth about this issue is being suppressed, but has leaked out already, in India.

I join the Koo family

Koo is a microblogging app for social media, an alternative to twitter, and originated in India in 2020 because of differences of opinion between the Government of India and Twitter, regarding freedom of choice. According to India, some anti-India terrorist type people from countries outside of India were assuming fake name and fake origin of being from India, in their membership of twitter, and then passing subversive or treasonous plans and recruitment drives in India to foment insurgency and terrorism. The government listed out the names of these members and wanted twitter to ban their accounts. Twitter did not agree. This started a spat that is ongoing.

Meanwhile, someone in India came up with an alternative app for Indians to consider boycotting twitter and supporting home-grown platforms.

 Lot of people did join up and the platform is growing rapidly. Initially, it was presumed that the people that supported the current political party that rules India – BJP, formed the bulk of membership. This was also supported by Government officials and politicians of the party as well as the government ministers including the Prime Minister. Then came many celebrities such as actors and sportspeople, followed by journalists and self employed. In general, it was conceived to be supported by the Indian right wing, or the so called pro-Hindutwa group, or people that feel proud of their Hindu origin.

A few people from the west, wanting to stay connected with, or to gain friendship or exposure, too joined up.

It is reported that the Twitter app has over 25 million users while Koo has just under 3 million, but is rising. In some countries outside of India, Koo has apparently become highly used when their respective nations banned the use of Twitter, such as Nigeria. Some high profile ministers of the Indian Government have joined Koo and brought one million and more followers.

 Lately, perhaps the platform is losing some of its pro Hindutwa distinction and attracting some of the middle-of-the-road noncommittal folks too.

I joined up partly out of knee jerk dislike of the controlling social media and IT bigwigs of Facebook, Twitter, Google, & Microsoft, and their apparent censorship when it comes to selective subjects such as covid, Donald Trump, etc. Partly, also was the concern regarding the propaganda on Covid and my desire to tell folks in India that Hindutwa and Covid should not be mixed up. Whatever is the agenda for the Indian government regarding secularism, its politicise on covid was wholly in line with the global dictatorship of promoting a fake propaganda for reasons other than safety from any viral epidemic. 

My time with Koo has been for around six months, of which I have been reasonably active for say four months or so, meaning making on average perhaps one post per day. And in this time, my follower base has risen from zero to almost 500. In Comparison, on Twitter, I have less than 400 followers, after having been there for 12 years.

In the attached graph, one can see there were not much rise in membership in the months of March and April, when I did not make much posts. This is an indication that a post a day ensure steady rise of followers, even if your views are controversial, non-standard, or opposite to the current flow. People will follow you out of curiosity, if what you have to say, is curious.

 Why is this important. Well, I feel covid propaganda is destroying the planet as we knew it, even if the state of affairs were horrible in many counts. Therefore, resisting the ongoing destruction of the human society becomes a primary task of any thinking human, without our own capacity and inclination, and without engaging in violence.

In that, I suspect India would play a crucial role, or it has the potential to do so. That is primarily the reason for my attraction to this app – to try and make a difference, however small.

But there are subtle differences. On Twitter, I post more often and some of my followers have the same interest, such as dislike for industrial chemicals and herbicides in food, or the fact that people are having their free speech curtailed by the social media giants.

On Koo, there is no such discernible pattern. People from differing walks of life seem to follow me at random. The only noticeable pattern is – if I do not make any posts for a few days, my followers do not increase, and in fact begins to drop off. On the other hand, if I make more posts, especially on topics off the beaten path, I gain more followers. The new followers rarely, if ever, click the “like” button or share my posts. So I guess they are more curious about what I have to say, and not necessarily agreeing with me. Neither are they disagreeing enough to voice their opinion.

When it comes to covid – almost 99.99% of the people do believe covid is a deadly virus and one needs to take all precautions possible to avoid getting infected or worse. I seem to be the only voice that spends words of caution about the reality of covid and also about possible harm from vaccine, not just on health, but also economy, freedom and democracy.

Curiously, Koo App has not yet gotten around to sanctioning me or censoring my posts that often ends up criticising the Indian government, or prime minister.

So far, it has been an interesting journey and I have been making more posts on Koo than on Twitter of late.

Farewell to my birding group

I had been away from the local birdwatching group I used to hang out with. Firstly, the leader, a good friend, died suddenly. He was suffering from cancer, but somehow I did not know, and during the covid restrictions, going out together had been restricted. That Tom died suddenly, came as a big shock to me. I really liked the guy, and had dropped him off a time or two at his place when he did not bring his own big vehicle. He had been the leader for as long as I was with them, which is almost ten years. It felt as it the heart had gone out of the group.

Meanwhile, time went by under the gathering clouds of covid. I did not get the feel that the flu was dangerous enough for the world to stand on its head, and smelled a rat – but I had no idea how large this rodent was going to be.

Anyhow, getting together was now a chore with social distancing and restrictions to numbers and many other more or less outlandish requirements that had no basis to scientific facts far as I could see. Unfortunately, the public bought it hook like and sinker. Even the guy at the auto service centre where I went to tune up my car, told me if I did not believe in covid, I must not be watching the TV. Well, I did by then believed that the best way to rid yourself of covid was to throw the damned tv out of the window, after unplugging it first.

Life was not going to be the same again, I gathered. As it is, the bird population in North America was plummeting in a free fall. Many of the birds we saw would not be around for the next generation. Everything was going up in smoke, and not just from covid.

Local birding trips with the old gang came to an abrupt halt for now. I went birding alone, or with neutral friends. I managed to meet up a few of the old gang here and there, often pairing up in small groups that I would meet up by chance. I would on occasion go birding with my wife, who took the morning walks along the Boundary Bay dyke by the 72nd St, next to the Boundary Bay airport. We would sometimes come across new folks in the lonely dyke road, like a couple riding their horse. It used to be nice.

We did see the usual birds. A short eared owl sitting on a fence post would be a treat. This was one of the few owls found in these lands that hunted in the day. Although never too numerous and usually hard to find, the dyke was a good place to find one, especially in the winter and early in the morning. You might even chance upon an even more rare barn owl, at the fringe of its range up north hereabouts in British Columbia.

My time and interest incrementally shifted to the ongoing covid drama across the planet, as well as on the need to grow much of my food in my own backyard. These two, in my mind, were not unconnected. From a bird watcher, I was turning into a lockdown protester on the streets on Surrey and Vancouver, as well as a dogged home gardener with the message – Grow Food, Not Lawns.

I would occasionally meet up with some of the people from the old birding group, but without Tom and without a good crowd, it was not the same.

Thankfully, his Highness Bill gates had not yet declared that an unvaccinated person without a mask trying to take a picture of an equally unvaccinated and maskless wild bird would trigger and end of all existence. So I could still click at birds without fear of triggering a reversal of the big bang.

But the dark clouds of covid, getting darker by the day, much preoccupied me. I was slowly waking up to the conclusion that life as we knew it before covid, was never going to come back again. Also, protesting on the streets were symbolic but not producing much meaningful result. The vast majority of the population either wholly believed the propaganda, or were mortally afraid of losing their jobs, or influenced by peer pressure, and simply replaced their prophet by the TV. It came to me that when the chips are down, the only people that might survive, for a bit, might be those that can grow their own food.

Thus, I turned from a long term anti-glyphosate food security activist and  a lifelong birder, to a lockdown and c-vaccine protester, freedom fighter, to a more focussed backyard organic farmer.

Time went by, and I am fast forwarding to the present. I had lapsed in my annual membership payment for the birding group, mainly because I used to pay cash by hand earlier during meetings. But since physical meeting was more or less shelved and I was not seeing these guys, payment in person could not be made.

And then, just today, I got an email posted to their group email – in which I was still a recipient. It talked about birding trips in the next few days. That brought back memories.

My gardening was now stable and I could spare a few hours in the morning after watering my plants, to go birding and return back in the afternoon. So I sent a reply, explaining my situation, that I had not kept my membership valid was was wiling to pay up if there was a convenient way to do so, and that I did not want to wear a mask during birding and if that was OK.

The person in charge called back. I could pay online. Mask was unnecessary. But, I must be vaccinated.

That was a mega shocker. No vaccine had yet been approved by FDA. They were merely released under emergency and people could voluntarily take them if they liked, taking the risk that should they be harmed, they alone were to blame. I knew enough about the messenger RNA and DNA vaccines not to ever offer to take then voluntarily. I knew the reason behind the vaccines were goals other than safety of health. I had not taken any vaccine in sixty years and I had not gotten sick with any infective disease in that period. I was horrified that the group would even consider making  vaccination a mandatory requirement.

I told the person the same thing, and informed him that there was no way I was going to take a vaccine just to join this birding group. Birds will be there, and I will be there, without vaccine. That is all there is to it.

And thus, it was farewell to my birding group, drawing curtains over a long association. I wished Tom Bearss was still alive. But, what happened to me, is a small snapshot of what is happening around the world. Looting of public funds and destruction of liberty using the pretext of public safety.
